Overview
The National Chapter Award application is to be completed by the FFA chapter members explaining how their Program of Activities was carried out to meet the Quality Standards in each of the three main categories; Growing Leaders, Building Communities and Strengthening Agriculture.
The National Chapter Award is due on April 21, 2026.

National Chapter Award Application
The National Chapter Award will need to be submitted using the AET. Log in and then go to the Application Manager page. Click on the green Submission/Feedback button and then click Browse if you don't see your application. Click the ADD button to submit your application.

Three Star Leader Application
The Three Star Leader Application is also linked on the event registration for the National Chapter Award.
You will need to upload the Three Star Leader Application Google doc or PDF labeled with your chapter name when you upload your National Chapter Award.
